  • Do everyone need to sign up to pay?

    No. They open your link and pay. Only the organiser needs a Kollect account to create the link and see who's paid.

  • Can I collect for accommodation and activities separately?

    Yes. Create one collection per thing (e.g. one for the house, one for the activity). Share each link when relevant.

  • What if someone drops out?

    If they've already paid, you can handle refunds according to your plan. If they haven't paid by the deadline, they're not in—no chasing.
